High Quality Video Instruction and Curriculums
The RFLX® Mission: to deliver the highest quality instruction for martial arts, self defense and personal self development. The ultimate goal of our programs is to enable the individual to develop positive and effective mental and physical reflexes to meet and conquer the challenges he or she may encounter along the path of self discovery. We believe that martial arts training is a powerful tool for personal transcendence and success in all areas of life. Our curriculums are designed with both instructors and students in mind for maximum retention and ease of use. For best results, students are encouraged to use the video instruction as a “textbook” and study the course outside of class. In addition, instructors can assign “homework” which students can easily access through menus and chapters.
Certifications and Ranking
The RFLX® Core Curriculums are designed as complete, step-by-step systems, which may or may not be used in conjunction with a belt ranking system (Tactical Training is generally not used with a belt system). The Core Curriculums can be implemented on a rotating basis, allowing students of any level to join class at any time. Belt rankings are yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, brown and black. Instructors are allowed to promote students up to their own belt level. Core Certification is a three day event where instructors will demonstrate knowledge of techniques and have an opportunity to be corrected and fine tuned. Prospective instructors are expected to have practiced the curriculum and demonstrate a “green belt” level ability in order to become certified. Upon the completion of certification, instructors will receive a ranking of green belt.
Silver Series (blue and purple) and Gold Series (brown and black) are each two day certification sets which take the instructor beyond the core curriculum and will have their own DVD sets (in production).
Affiliate Profit Sharing and Partnership
RFLX® Training views affiliate members as essential partners in our collective effort to better the world through martial arts training. We have designed the curriculums to be used by both instructors and students. Affiliate schools are encouraged to sell the RFLX(TM) videos to students for home study and reference. Affiliate schools will receive RFLX(TM) Training products at wholesale pricing and will be able offer discounted pricing to their student base.
